She had a thorough plan in her mind of how to parse what I wanted for myself as a runner, and her experience as a runner along with her training as a coach allowed her to take these desires of mine and turn them into a solid training plan. Self-training can be so stressful and it’s so easy to be biased towards yourself, but a coach like Ani takes all of that out of the equation. Not to mention, she always supports me outside of running too. She offers me strength training tips and takes factors like nutrition seriously.
